Gregory Park Primary

Access to a multipurpose court will help us students stay active and gain new skills in different sports. Also, it is a great way to spend time with friends and participate in after-school activities. Being a part of different sports will help us with teamwork and help us to learn about the importance of fair play and communication. We will also be able to make friends with people with similar sports preferences. This can lead to a supportive school environment, where every student at Gregory Park Primary will be happy.

Kangaroo Math Challenge

I found the Kangaroo Math Challenge really fun and intriguing. The questions were really difficult, but they were manageable. They would push your brain to the limit and I would really have to try to work them out. The math I normally do is easy and is a pushover for me, but this really racks my brain, so I love to participate in these challenges. This year I am in high school, so this challenge questions were a bit tougher but I still find them very intriguing.

My competitions last year were a great experience for me being my first year in the age group 15-17 to see where I’m at both mentally and physically. While I did not do as great as I had hoped, now I have to focus on improving myself in training on what is needed to do better for next season.
